This year marks a new chapter in every sense. We're proud to introduce Pods — our newest line of compact, fold-up modular units designed for flexibility. Pods are the distillation of everything we've learned building modular homes: a complete, finished living space that arrives whole, unfolds on site, and is ready to live in within days.

Pods are built to the same standard as every New Chapter home — fully fitted kitchen, comfortable lounge, a proper bathroom and a generous bedroom, all wrapped in a thermally efficient, factory-finished shell. They're ideal as:

• Garden living spaces — a home office, studio or guest room that doesn't need planning permission in most cases.
• Site accommodation — comfortable, relocatable living quarters for construction crews.
• Guest suites or annexe living — independent space for family or rental income.
• Coffee bar pods and retail units — a compact, eye-catching commercial space.

Because a Pod folds up for transport, it can reach sites that larger modular units can't — and when a project finishes, it folds back up and moves to the next one. It's the most flexible product we've ever built.
