From factory to foundation — a look at how a New Chapter modular home is delivered and installed on site. Each home is built off-site in our controlled factory environment, wrapped and protected for transport, then delivered by specialist heavy-haul transport. On site, a mobile crane lifts the completed module into position, with our trained crew guiding the lift using certified lifting slings and rigging. The unit is carefully lowered onto the prepared base, aligned and connected to services, and the protective wrap is removed to reveal the finished home. Because the structure arrives fully fitted and finished, on-site time is measured in hours rather than weeks — meaning less disruption, less mess, and a faster move-in for you.
