In the days before installation, our team completes the ground screw pile foundation installation. We also confirm access route, utilities connections, and clearance.

Installation Morning

Our installation team typically arrives between 7:00am and 8:00am. A mobile crane or specialist lifting rig places the pod precisely onto the ground screw foundations — typically taking 1–2 hours from delivery to placement.

Connecting and Commissioning

Once the pod is set, our team connects electrical supply, plumbing, and heating, and completes all external finishing and an internal final check.

The Handover

The final stage is the handover. You receive your handover pack, your keys, and our aftercare contact details.
