New Chapter Homes Sponsors St Francis Football Club in Rathcoole, Dublin

Backing Grassroots Football in Rathcoole

At New Chapter Homes, we believe that building great homes means building great communities. That's why we're proud to announce that New Chapter Homes Limited is the official sponsor of St Francis Football Club in Rathcoole, Dublin.

St Francis FC is more than a football club — it's the heart of the local community. For decades, the club has given children, teenagers, and adults across Rathcoole and the wider South Dublin area a place to play, to belong, and to grow. From the youngest under-age kickabouts to the senior teams that represent the parish on match days, St Francis FC embodies everything we value: hard work, teamwork, and pride in your community.

Why We Chose St Francis FC

As an Irish-owned, family-run company with deep roots in our local area, we understand the vital role that grassroots sport plays in keeping communities connected. St Francis FC doesn't just produce footballers — it produces confident young people, lasting friendships, and a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the pitch.

When we learned about the opportunity to support St Francis, the decision was simple. The club's values — integrity, inclusion, and a commitment to giving everyone a chance — mirror exactly what we stand for at New Chapter Homes. Whether we're building modular homes designed to achieve an A2 BER standard or backing a local side, the principle is the same: do right by your community, and it'll do right by you.

What the Sponsorship Means

Our sponsorship of St Francis FC will directly support the club's ongoing activities, including:

• Kit and equipment — making sure every team has what it takes to take to the pitch.
• Youth development — investing in the next generation of Rathcoole footballers.
• Facilities and maintenance — keeping the club's home ground in top condition.
• Community outreach — helping the club continue its work beyond football, supporting local families and initiatives.

This is about more than a logo on a jersey. It's about standing shoulder to shoulder with a club that gives so much to so many, week in and week out.

More Than Just Football

St Francis FC has long been a gathering point for Rathcoole — a place where parents catch up on the sideline, where children make their first friends, and where teenagers find a sense of purpose and direction. In an era when community spaces are increasingly under pressure, clubs like St Francis are more important than ever.

We've seen first-hand how a strong local club can transform a neighbourhood. The volunteer coaches who turn out in all weathers, the committee members who work tirelessly behind the scenes, the parents who ferry teams across Dublin on Sunday mornings — these are the people who make Rathcoole the place it is. We're honoured to play a small part in supporting them.

Our Commitment to Community

Sponsoring St Francis FC is part of a wider commitment by New Chapter Homes to give back to the communities we serve. As we grow — building modular homes and garden rooms for families across Ireland — we're determined to grow with our communities, not apart from them.

From supporting local sport to advising on housing and planning, we believe in being a positive presence in every area we work in. Rathcoole holds a special place in that mission, and we're excited to see what this partnership with St Francis FC can achieve.
