New Chapter Homes Welcomes Karl's Furniture as Interior Fit-Out Partner

A Partnership Built on Shared Standards

We are delighted to announce that Karl's Furniture has joined New Chapter Homes as our official interior fit-out partner. This is a partnership we've been working towards for some time, and we couldn't be more excited to make it official.

When you build a modular home, a garden room, or a commercial pod, the structure is only half the story. What turns a beautifully engineered shell into a space that feels genuinely luxurious is the interior — the joinery, the furniture, the finishes, the detailing. And for that, there is no one in Ireland we trust more than Karl's Furniture.

Who Are Karl's Furniture?

Karl's Furniture is one of Ireland's most respected high-end furniture retailers, known for an uncompromising approach to quality, design, and craftsmanship. Their showroom is a destination in itself — a carefully curated space where every piece has been chosen for its design integrity, its materials, and its ability to stand the test of time.

What sets Karl's apart is not just the calibre of the brands they represent — though that list is exceptional — but their deep understanding of how furniture lives in a space. They don't just sell pieces; they help you create interiors that work, that feel considered, and that last.

What They Bring to Every New Chapter Build

Through this partnership, Karl's Furniture brings their full range of expertise and product lines to every New Chapter Homes project. Here's what that means for our clients:

Bespoke Sofas and Seating

From hand-stitched leather sofas to sumptuous fabric corner units and modular seating systems, Karl's offers an extraordinary range of sofas — including their exclusive Natuzzi Editions collection, bringing authentic Italian design to Irish homes. Whether it's a statement piece for a Chapter One living room or a compact two-seater for a Garden Room, every option is available in a huge selection of fabrics, leathers, and finishes.

Dining and Living

Dining tables, sideboards, coffee tables, and console tables — all crafted to the highest standard and available in a range of styles from contemporary minimalism to classic elegance. These are the pieces that anchor a room and give it character.

Bedrooms

Beds, headboards, and mattresses designed for real comfort and real longevity. A great bedroom is built around a great bed, and Karl's selection is second to none.

Finishing Touches

Mirrors, rugs, armchairs, and accent pieces — the details that take a room from finished to extraordinary. Karl's curates these with an eye for colour, texture, and proportion that elevates the whole space.

Bespoke Fitted Joinery

Beyond the showroom floor, Karl's designs and builds bespoke fitted joinery — cabinetry, banquette seating, integrated storage, and shelving — crafted to fit the exact dimensions of each New Chapter capsule. No wasted space, no compromises, no off-the-shelf workarounds. Just furniture that belongs.

Why This Partnership Matters

At New Chapter Homes, we've always believed that quality should never stop at the front door. Our capsules are engineered to the highest structural standard — but the interior is where you actually live, work, and relax. By partnering with Karl's Furniture, we can now offer our clients a single-source, turnkey solution: one vision, one standard of finish, delivered without compromise.

This means that when you choose a New Chapter home, you're not just getting a beautifully built structure. You're getting an interior fitted with some of the finest furniture available in Ireland — chosen, crafted, and installed by people who care as much about the details as we do.

Premium Materials, Exceptional Craft

Every piece Karl's brings to a New Chapter project is selected with the same philosophy that guides our own building:

Solid oak, tailored upholstery, brushed brass, and warm integrated lighting
Premium leathers and fabrics chosen for durability and beauty
Craftsmanship that combines traditional joinery techniques with modern precision

It's a meeting of minds — two Irish companies that refuse to cut corners.
